Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where floor-based postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body’s deeper connective tissues to release while the mind begins to settle.

To prepare for our online sessions, choose a quiet space with soft or dim lighting, and gather a few simple props—pillows, blankets, or anything that can support your body comfortably.

During class, you’ll step into a calm, low-pressure environment. Comfortable clothing is encouraged, and you’ll be guided to move in a way that honors your body, without urgency or expectation. Whether your camera is on for connection and support or off for privacy, this space is intentionally created for you to rest, reset, and restore—right from home.
