Postpartum Support

Postpartum is a joyous time that is filled with newness and sometimes uncertainty. Our postpartum services will help you navigate your new normal by providing support through evidence-based information on all things newborn/postpartum, physical assistance with baby care and comfort techniques, advocating for you, promoting self-care, support and guidance with physical and spiritual healing, light meal prep, light housework, and referrals for support outside of the postpartum doula scope of practice.

We will provide you with education and hands on support to help you and baby find your new normal while breastfeeding while you both learn 

Birth Planning

We will provide you with evidence-based and considerate information to enable you to make choices and to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you 

Celebration & Ceremony Planning

We assist in planning and execution of various celebrations, from gender reveals and baby showers to engagements and birthdays to ensure that these special occasions are executed seamlessly and with care. We also provide healing ceremonies such as Mother Blessings and Closing of the Bones

Meal Prep

We provide postpartum meal preparation services for families. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options to accommodate diverse dietary preferences and needs
